Simone
Hello, my name is Simone Senior. I'm a Toronto-based artist who enjoys creating art in multiple mediums and styles, especially art with themes of nature and fantasy.

I've previously collaborated on murals with two other artists, Tamara Umi and Béatrice DLH. The info can be found down below.
Thank you for your time!

Murals
The following murals were co-created by Tamara Umi DG, Béatrice DLH, and Simone Senior. Each mural was created for a different CSViamonde school.
Diversité Franco-Ontarienne
(Franco-Ontarian diversity)

Location: École secondaire Toronto Ouest
Year: 2022
This mural was created by us as a final project during our last year at our high school, with help from a few other friends. The idea behind this mural was to celebrate the Franco-Ontarian students of the school. With this in mind, we went for a happy and whimsical tone and used a lot of green and white (since those are the two colours in the Franco-Ontarian flag). We also included a dragon, since it's the school’s mascot.

ÉcoÉcole (EcoSchool)

Location: École élementaire Charles-Sauriol
Year: 2024
The ÉcoÉcole mural was painted in a stairwell that the students passed through regularly. We were asked to create a scene depicting kids interacting with nature in various ways—some gardening, some cleaning up trash from the ground, and others simply enjoying the outdoors. With this mural, we aimed to inspire the students to remember and cherish their own experiences of appreciating and helping the environment. We were also instructed to use a similar style to the previous mural.
The ÉcoÉcole slogan is inscribed above the mural. Translation: “A sustainable future begins at every EcoSchool.”
